AHA Sports Information
Sports Physical Examination
Students registering for Athletics must have a current sports physical examination form submitted to the Athletic Office before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. Sports Physicals are valid for 36 months from the date of the exam. Sports Physicals must be valid through the State Tournament of the sport they are participating in. Documentation can be uploaded directly to registration or emailed to activities@ahastars.org.
Concussion testing Info: All students must have a valid baseline concussion test on file. Tests are valid for 2 years.
Testing Dates (Meet in room 2490):
- 2/7/25 3:30 PM
- 2/13/25 3:30 PM
- 2/27/25 3:30 PM
- 3/3/25 3:30 PM
- 3/6/25 3:30 PM
Tests take approximately 45 minutes. Bring your chrome book to use for the test. Contact Peter Hoffer if you are unsure if you need an updated baseline test on file.
If your student is not currently enrolled at AHA, please contact Jacque Lacy before beginning the registration process.
Summer Experience
Cost: $90 per camp
Summer Experience Camp Descriptions
Campers receive an exclusive AHA Summer Experience shirt. If your camper is staying on campus between camps, we will have a designated supervised space for them to wait until their next camp. Campers are encouraged to bring snacks and water. If they will be here all day we recommend they bring a lunch.
Please read camp descriptions carefully. Not all camps are on site and AHA is unable to provide transportation.
Camps are for students in grades 3rd-8th for the 2024-2025 school year.
